The (unfortunately obviously) Hard Tomorrow
The Hard Tomorrow
By Eleanor Davis
The first book I review from the IITB Central Library turns out to be a graphic novel. Never mind, it's not the first book I borrowed, which weighs like half a dozen kilograms.
The Hard Tomorrow is a raw read. You have love, belonging, materialism, selflessness, politics, freedom, violence, death, humanity and nature.
Hannah, the curly-haired protagonist is a lively and naturally interesting character. Although there are many characters, we mostly follow only Hanna and see the story through her eyes.
Doesn't make much sense writing too much about a graphic novel. So I'll sign off with a few pictures. Tomorrow is certainly hard but The Hard Tomorrow certainly gives you hope despite everything that did or did not happen.
